This is the first time I've gotten exactly what I wanted after getting my hair coloured! The highlights matched my colour palette very well (not too warm or cool) and blended seamlessly with my natural hair.

The salon itself was calm and comfortable compared to other places I've been to which I appreciated (and her dog, Joy, was really cute).

Sofia was so kind and consistently checked in on me. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her clients get the best results for them. I would definitely recommend.

I went to this salon for hair color and haircut. Both Sofia and Gelen underwent a lot of trainings and with the years they had been in this profession , I could say both are fantastic and mastered their craft. I Couldn’t be more happier with the result.
Sofia is very friendly and cheerful. If you’re undecided of what you want for your hair ,Sofia will give brilliant suggestions suited to your complexion, face shape, hair volume and hair health. She is extraordinary and passionate with what she do. She prioritizes what is best for you and your hair over financial gain.

It's the best experience I've ever had in Canada. For the past 25 years, my hair has been dyed dark, but Sofia did an amazing job integrating my grey hair while adding highlights to make it stand out. Highly recommended! 10 out 10

I’ve been a loyal client for over 12 years, and I can honestly say every visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Sofia is a true artist — professional, warm, and incredibly talented. She has an amazing ability to understand exactly what I’m looking for, and I leave every single time absolutely in love with my cut and color. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care set her apart, and she’s built a team of assistants who are just as wonderful — friendly, skilled, and always attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming and uplifting, and I always look forward to my appointments. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She’s the best in the business!

As a licensed hairstylist myself, I left this home salon in literal tears. I asked for a classic, one-length bob with no layers and a slight angle in the front. I brought clear reference photos. What I received was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had.

She used thinning shears—on my already fine, straight hair—despite my clear instructions to avoid layers or texturizing. My ends are now shredded, thin, and uneven. The shape is inconsistent from one side to the other, with no angle in the front and no clean weight line—just weight gone.

I booked this appointment expecting Sophia to do my hair, not an untrained assistant. But she had double-booked herself and passed me off to someone who couldn’t even properly blow dry or hold a curling iron—and who burned me during the service.

Then, while I was simply walking over to pay, her unrestrained Pomeranian bit me on the finger. That was the final straw in what was already an unprofessional, chaotic, and frankly dangerous experience.

Between the poor technical work, the disorganized setup, the burn, and the dog bite, I’m left with damaged hair, physical injury, and months of growing out someone else’s mistakes. I would never treat a client the way I was treated here.

If you care about your hair, your safety, or your basic dignity—go somewhere else.
